SOUL PHAM SUPPORT SERVICES
Offering opportunities for real connection for people with NDIS plans in Gippsland and Melbourne.

Offering opportunities for real connection for people with NDIS plans in Gippsland and Melbourne.

Soul Pham Support Services is dedicated to assisting individuals with NDIS support plans across Melbourne CBD, Inner Melbourne suburbs, South Gippsland, and the Latrobe Valley areas.
Our family-owned company was established in response to the limited availability of quality support worker options in regional and rural communities, a challenge we have personally experienced. While our roots remain firmly in Gippsland, we have expanded into Inner Melbourne to meet growing demand for ethical, relationship-based disability support delivered with the same care, consistency, and integrity.
At Soul Pham, we recognise the complexity of people’s lives and work collaboratively with participants to create supports that are meaningful, respectful, and sustainable. We are equally committed to ensuring our support workers feel valued, supported, and fulfilled in their roles.
Our locally sourced support workers are highly skilled and carefully matched, with a strong focus on safety, trust, and genuine connection. We intentionally bring fun, warmth, and lightness into our supports.

Amy brings over six years of experience across disability and aged care support. With a Diploma in Art Therapy and currently commencing her Bachelor of Art Therapy, she blends creative, therapeutic approaches with practical, relationship-focused support. Amy’s work is grounded in compassion, creativity, and genuine connection, with a strong focus on advocacy, emotional wellbeing, and clear, consistent communication. As the primary point of contact for participants, she supports meet-and-greets, ongoing check-ins, and service coordination, helping each person feel heard, supported, and confident in their supports.

Wende is a qualified Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies and Sociology. At Soul Pham Support Services, she brings a person-centred, strengths-based approach, focusing on meaningful connections, emotional wellbeing, and supporting people to achieve their goals. Her work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for choice and dignity, ensuring supports are tailored to each individual’s needs. She is passionate about advocating for quality outcomes and empowering participants to live connected, purposeful lives.

Aaron is a qualified psychotherapist and one of the founding directors of Soul Pham Support Services. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, and brings extensive experience in community support and disability services. While Aaron does not practise as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Soul Pham, he is a valued sounding board, offering client-centred insight and guidance that supports reflective, evidence-informed practice.

The NDIS is a fantastic program, but it can be overwhelming and confusing. Our team is here to assist you in understanding and utilising your plan to its fullest potential.
Proudly supporting those from Mirboo North and surrounding areas.
