Soul Pham is dedicated to assisting individuals with NDIS support plans in South Gippsland. Our family-owned company was established to address the scarcity of support worker options in rural areas, a challenge we've personally encountered. At Soul Pham, we recognise life's complexities and aim to collaborate with individuals in a manner that brings fulfilment to both participants and support workers alike. Our locally sourced support workers are not only highly skilled but also carefully chosen to deliver a service that prioritises safety, care, and entertainment, with a special emphasis on incorporating fun and lightness into every interaction.

Amy is a dedicated professional with five years of experience in aged care support, bringing both compassion and expertise to her role. Over the years, she has built strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and respect. Outside of her work, Amy has a natural talent for art, often using her creative hobbies to connect with those she supports. Whether it’s a casual drawing session or helping someone get crafty, Amy’s artistic touch adds an extra layer of enjoyment and engagement to her work.
